Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened when applicable, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
To begin a return, please contact us before sending your item back.
Refunds
At this time, Serenity's Stash does not issue refunds to the original form of payment for eligible returns. Once your return has been received and inspected, you'll receive store credit for the purchase price of the returned item. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase at Serenity's Stash.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Mystery Stash boxes
- Seasonal and limited-edition items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
