Shipping policy
Serenity’s Stash currently ships within the United States.
Processing Times
Most ready-to-ship orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Personalized, custom-made, seasonal, or limited-edition products may require 5 to 10 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: $5.99
- Express Shipping: $15.00
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on qualifying orders of $50 or more
Express shipping speeds up the carrier’s delivery time after the order has been processed. It does not shorten production or processing time for handmade or personalized products.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Serenity’s Stash is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or fulfillment.
Delays and Lost Packages
Carrier delays may occasionally occur and are outside our direct control. If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us so we can help review the shipment.
Serenity’s Stash is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers should first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
